Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

At SkalePix we want you to be 100% satisfied. That is why we offer a 14 calendar-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge on any subscription or annual plan, provided that the conditions in this policy are met.

2. Eligibility conditions

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the first charge of the disputed cycle.
  • At the time of the request, you must have consumed less than 20% of the credits included in the plan. Example: on Plus (30 credits/month) the cap is 6 credits; on Pro (100) it is 20; on Ultra (300) it is 60.
  • The account must not have been suspended for breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Renewals (second month onwards) are not automatically refundable, except under the exceptional cases described in section 5.
  • One-off credit top-ups are not refundable once partially or fully consumed.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email admin@skalepix.com from the account email.
  2. Include the registration email, the purchased plan, and the reason.
  3. We review the request within a maximum of 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we instruct Paddle to issue the refund to the original payment method.
  5. Paddle reflects the refund in 3 to 10 business days depending on bank or issuer.

4. Processing through Paddle

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record. All refunds are executed by Paddle in accordance with its standard processing times. Collected taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are refunded proportionally.

5. Refunds outside the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window we assess the following cases individually:

  • Duplicate charge or technical billing error: full refund.
  • Extended Service outage attributable to SkalePix: pro-rata refund.
  • Fraudulent use of the account by a third party (subject to verification): individual assessment.

6. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal but does not trigger an automatic refund for the remaining portion of the current cycle; you keep access to the plan until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback opened without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support may result in the immediate suspension of the account. If the chargeback is ultimately rejected by the bank, we may block future purchases.
