Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective date: 2026-04-16

This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and sets out the behaviours and types of content that are prohibited on SkalePix. Breaches may result in immediate account suspension, removal of the offending content, and, where appropriate, reporting to the authorities, without refund.

1. Prohibited content

  • Sexually explicit material, pornography, or any sexual content involving or depicting minors (CSAM).
  • Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating violence, terrorism, or racial, gender, or religious hate.
  • Electoral, medical, or health disinformation, and harmful conspiracy theories.
  • Impersonation of real people without their consent (unauthorised deepfakes), including public figures in misleading contexts.
  • Content infringing copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or trade secrets.
  • Defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive material (phishing, scams, crypto rug-pulls).
  • Regulated or illegal products and services: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, unlicensed financial products, illegal gambling.
  • Any content that exploits or sexualises minors, including synthetic generations.
  • Malware, exploits, stolen credentials, or tools to attack systems.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Accessing or attempting to access unauthorised areas, other accounts, or internal infrastructure.
  • Circumventing usage limits, credits, CAPTCHA, or other technical protections.
  • Running mass scraping, abusive automation, or scripts that degrade the Service.
  • Sharing the account among multiple individuals or reselling access without written authorisation.
  • Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited mass email, or abusive push notifications.
  • Submitting personal data of third parties without their consent (including identifiable images).
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract system prompts or models.

3. AI-generated content — responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or using it commercially.
  • You must label or disclose AI use where required by law (e.g. EU AI Act) or by the destination platform (e.g. Meta, TikTok).
  • You may not present outputs as certified medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Restricted industries and categories

We reserve the right to refuse accounts or require additional verification for high-risk sectors: adult 18+, gambling, crypto, supplements, pharma, weapons, financial services, insurance. These categories are also subject to Paddle's policies as Merchant of Record.

5. Abuse reports

If you detect content or usage that breaches this AUP, write to admin@skalepix.com with the relevant URL or ID. We investigate every report and reply within 5 business days.

6. Consequences

  • Written warning and removal of the content.
  • Temporary suspension of the Service.
  • Final termination without refund.
  • Reporting to competent authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
